Returns and Exchanges
– You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
– Due to the nature of skincare products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
– Meat and perishable products cannot be returned once delivered, in line with food safety regulations. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
